I'm with friends at a cool little cafe in Lompoc called the Sugar Magnolia. You would have loved today's sights -- lots of improvisations on the unofficial Red Dress Day theme. Think we've seen everything from Victoria Secret to Filene's Basement. Appropriate attire for a bunch of sweaty and hard working folks in and around Vandenburg Air Force Base? You tell me. Gonna run now before the cafe mocha buzz fizzles out as we have just a few more miles ("only" 55 today) to camp. Tonight a couple of rider love birds are getting married and I can't miss the traditional talent show. My talent? Spectator. Love you. Yes I'm well and safe.
