Day 6: 13.vi.2003 Dear Susan -- It was so great to see you out enjoying the sun this morning. Heaven knows (wait a minute... we were at the Heaven rest stop) we haven't seen it much all week Would have been perfect if you could join us on some of the 91 miles today. Haven't said it enough: Thank you for being the bestest cycle buddy on the planet. You know I try to be as low-maintenance as possible, but you really put up so well with my indecisiveness. You were right, this trip has done amazing things to help me cope with what I've left behind for a few days. Still can't help but cry at this late hour on the beach. Damn that full moon.
